Counseling
Healing is within reach, the journey starts here.
The mental health impacts of domestic violence, sexual assault, and child abuse are long-lasting. Our experienced therapists at Vista Rise Collective offer free and confidential counseling services to adult and children survivors. Addressing issues such as relationship problems, family communication, grief and loss, sorting out feelings of confusion and helplessness, depression and anxiety, and recovery from trauma.

Vista Rise Collective provides counseling to adults and children who have been victimized by domestic violence, sexual assault, or child abuse. Counselors also work with chosen friends and family members to ensure a supportive community for long-lasting change.

Vista Rise Collective offers a virtual, drop-in adult support group for people who have witnessed or experienced domestic violence, sexual assault, and/or child abuse. We currently offer this virtual group on Wednesdays from 11 am-12 pm.

We empower individuals and communities impacted by violence and trauma through a transformative healing arts program for kids 8 – 12. Art is a catalyst to release trauma, build resilience and ignite social change. When children create art in a safe community they can be heard and respected — replacing violence and shame with safety and hope.
